About the Artist
Suzan joined the Grund Club as a singer in February 2017, when she joined forces with Nelly Pereira on backing vocals and sang lead vocals on “Dancing with the devil”, by Laetitia Koener.
Born 1977 in the Netherlands Suzan moved to Luxembourg aged seven. Her father, a singer himself, was an important influence for her early on, but she also drew inspiration from the ‘greats’ such as Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey. In 1997 Suzan won first prize in the singing competition ‘Micro d’Or’ which strengthened her pursuit of becoming a singer even further. From 1997-2004 she was singing in the coverband ‘Lifestyle’ interpreting the big hits of the time across all musical genres.
After a small baby break Suzan headed back on stage as the front woman of ‘Mental’ with whom they won two prizes for their ‘Adèle’ tribute at the Casino 2000.
Since joining the Grund Club, Suzan has performed in two Songwriter Shows and one Voices Show.
